Soya chunks is a rare item in my kitchen. When i was cleaning my freezer today, found this soya chunks and wanted to make soya chunks cutlet. As the bread crumbs was out of stock , i thought i will make a pepper fry. It turned out so yum and i just enjoyed with simple garlic rasam.

  1. Soak soya chunks in hot water for 5 minutes, squeeze and drain water.
  2. Add oil to pan, add sliced broccoli and fry it for 3 minutes.
  3. Add soya chunks and fry it for 3 minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper powder, cover the lid and fry for 2 more minutes.
  5. Yummy soya and broccoli fry is ready😋.

Boil water in a pan, add salt and soya till it cooked. Remove from water, squeeze it and cut into pieces. Also known as soya nuggets or soy nuggets, soya chunks are odorless spongy nuggets. So i decided to make soya chunks pulav, since i have tried biryani before and served it with this one. I still have quite a lot of them, so i am just telling you the recipes which Unfortunately the soya chunks turned very hard.
